We’re Back. In Bulk!

This is where you’ll come on a regular basis for updates on what is available for ordering. We’re excited to be taking Evolution online, to be offering you new options for indulging in your favorite goodies.

Our first pick-up date in Wednesday, April 15, 2020. You’ll need to have your order in by 6pm on Monday, April 13th.

What’s available: Chocolate Cupcakes with mint frosting; Chocolate Cupcakes with Cookies and Cream frosting; Vanilla cupcakes with Strawberry frosting; Maple Pecan Scones; Peanut Butter Rice Crispy Bars; Fudge Brownies; Raspberry Coconut Oat Bars; Vegan Chili by the quart; Savory Baked Tofu; Evolution Peanut Sauce; salad dressings by the half-pint and pint; and loaves of Sunflower Oat Bread.

Pick-up hours on Wednesday are 12 noon to 3:00 pm. When you arrive in the parking lot, please call the cafe phone number, (413) 586-0200, to identify yourself and we’ll place your order outside the front door.
