A Great Start

Hello Friends!

What a great start! We’re so happy to see that so many of you have placed orders for pick-up on Wednesday.

We’ve reached the cut-off for orders for this week’s pick-up (6pm on Monday), so any orders you might place now will roll over into next week’s pick-up.

The cafe space feels a little empty without all of you in it. And…it also feels exciting (and even thrilling) to be embarking on this new way of being Cafe Evolution. Certain

We talked to the rest of the crew yesterday (they’re currently on furlough); everyone is basically doing well. Myssie’s having a little cabin fever and wants to get back into the kitchen but is happy to have more time with her family. Chef Heather is having a ball on her farm, caring for the rescue ponies, building new structures, and avoiding the news. Wise woman. Ava’s summer travel plans have been dashed but she remains her positive and cheerful self. Rain’s building sculptures in the garden and making music on his guitar, while keeping up with his studies online.
