New Stuff!

Thanks to everyone for your orders these past two weeks. We’re so happy to be making food for you again! Pick-up for this week is Wednesday, April 29, 12-3pm.

We’ve got some new stuff in the shop: Our fresh salsa, made with organic tomatoes, chunky veggies, and plenty of zesty lime juice; Mushroom-Basil veggie burgers with Star’s Sunflower Oat buns; a spring chowder loaded with tender veggies; Oversized Organic Peanut Butter Cups; and Gluten-free Chocolate Chip Cookies. Pizza was a huge hit last week! We agonized over new flavor combinations to make for you this week and decided that last week’s were perfect just as they are. We’ve increased the amount available; they sold out quickly last week, so don’t miss out this time around.

The weather has been too gloomy for our liking but without these April showers we’d have an awfully dry summer. We’re looking forward to spring strawberries and asparagus, and local, organic salad greens, bountiful tomatoes, fresh corn, and all the other amazing fruits and veggies grown by the dedicated, hard-working organic farmers of the Pioneer Valley.
